Stoecker Farms is a 4th generation family farm operated by Charles and his sister Rebecca.
We have operations in Middle River, and White Hall, Maryland as well as just over the state line in Glen Rock, Pa. We follow natural/ organic practices and integrated pest management.
Charles Stoecker participates in Maryland Department of Agriculture and University of Maryland training classes and programs for Fruit and Vegetable Producers. He has completed the GAP (Good Agricultural Practices for the Production and Handling of Fresh Produce) Training and GAP for cantaloupes conducted by the University of Maryland Cooperative Extension Services. We are also featured on Maryland's Best.
Charles is in charge of production. His responsibilities include planning for the upcoming season, plant production, planting and all field operations. You will see Charles at the Baltimore City Farmers' Market under the JFX. Charles is an FFA and 4H Alumni
Rebecca is a graduate of the University of Maryland College of Agriculture and Natural Resources. Rebecca was a TA for Crop Science 101. She was president of Sigma Alpha, agricultural sorority where she was very involved in agricultural education and advocating for agriculture. Rebecca is in charge of the CSA and farmer markets.
